Getting to Coronation Park in town

Coronation Park sits beside the public car park that runs from in front of Starbucks to Terminal Freesia⁴. Tanah Rata is the main commercial and tourist town⁵ of Cameron Highlands and has the bus station⁶, so you don’t need a car.

BOH Tea says Tanah Rata is walkable for nearby attractions, cafés and markets⁷. Getting up to Tanah Rata in the first place:

• From Kuala Lumpur: buses leave from Terminal Bersepadu Selatan and take about 4½ hours, for RM48⁶.
• From Tapah: public buses run from Tapah to Tanah Rata⁵, and Tapah links to the railway at Tapah Road.
• From Ipoh: the highlands are 85⁶ to 90 km⁸ away, and road is the only way up⁵.

Who Coronation Park suits
